The schedule
Tuesday–Friday from 3pm to close (8–9pm), plus Sundays 10am–6pm. One therapist covering both is ideal, but we're happy to split weekdays and Sundays between two people — tell us which days work for you.
Pay: 45% commission on services plus 100% of your tips, as a W-2 employee paid biweekly. Example: a 60-minute Swedish ($110) pays you $49.50 plus tip.
What you'd do
- Thorough intake and a massage tailored to each guest: Swedish, deep tissue, prenatal, and short neck-and-back sessions.
- Shorter add-on massages (foot, hand & arm) for our hair clients while their color processes — a steady source of new guests for you.
- Help guests book their next visit before they leave.
- Keep your room clean, sanitized and ready between guests.
- Esthetics if you're licensed: waxing and/or skin services.
What we're looking for
- A current Massachusetts massage therapy license (required — we verify with the state).
- Confident with Swedish and deep tissue; prenatal a plus.
- Warm with guests, with clear professional boundaries.
- Reliable: your guests and our front desk count on you.
- A Massachusetts aesthetician license is a plus, not required.
